Performance-Driven Leadership—a six-week online program that blends self-paced online modules with live-online sessions—equips leaders with the skills to align talent strategy with business goals, foster high-performing teams, and create lasting organizational impact.
Today's organizations depend on leaders who can inspire performance, cultivate engagement, and navigate increasingly complex workforce challenges. You'll apply proven leadership and talent management frameworks through assessments, real-world exercises, and live faculty guidance, developing a personalized action plan to address your organization's unique talent challenges. By the end of the program, you'll be prepared to build stronger teams, develop future leaders, and drive sustainable business performance through effective people leadership.

Participants will gain access to Spectacular Team Assessment, a proprietary survey designed by John Philbin, as an integral part of this program. This assessment provides leaders with anonymized and aggregated insights into team dynamics across the cohort.
