Talent Leadership: People and Performance—Online

Coming Soon

What do all of your business priorities have in common? They need the right people and talent to succeed. Make people and culture a competitive advantage for your organization with this online program.

In this program, you’ll gain leadership frameworks with two areas of focus: driving team engagement and performance and building the future for your business unit and organization.

You’ll become more effective at aligning people and talent to meet business objectives. You’ll discover how to develop and manage high-impact teams through communication, alignment, cultural considerations, diversity & inclusion, and psychological safety while utilizing techniques to support and challenge your team in achieving their targets.

You’ll also develop better talent management practices for your team. You’ll utilize best practices to build talent management systems and leadership development processes that create a long-term competitive advantage and ensure a pipeline of employees who are ready to deliver on your company’s mission. What’s more, you’ll learn techniques for rapid continuous improvement as a leader. You will discover how to use your own insights to find opportunities for development—and turn those opportunities into an action plan to enhance your performance in crucial leadership dimensions.

By attending, you will:

  • Become more effective at aligning people and business objectives
  • Grow your ‘people literacy’ skills to foster spectacular performance
  • Acquire the skills to manage a high-impact, agile team
  • Learn how to develop and nurture a pipeline of top employee talent
  • Discover self-assessment techniques that result in rapid continuous improvement as a leader

In this interactive, collaborative program, you’ll experience a blend of classroom learning, group discussions, a case study, assessments, and simulations with real-time practice. You’ll come away with organizational and personal action plans you can put to immediate use.

This program benefits mid- to senior-level managers whose business unit is charged with creating value for the organization and who are responsible for leading and managing change. It is designed to provide those in leadership roles with techniques to encourage an environment necessary for long-term, profitable growth—one in which people can take risks, make mistakes, generate new ideas, and seize opportunities.
